Good Workout. Stronger.

So today was just my 6 or 7th bench press workout.  My first couple days I decided to just do push-ups.  But then I decided to bench press.  It was worked out well so far.

Today I am stronger than I was on Monday.  I've been getting stronger each day.  I've been getting my strength back.  Some of it anyway.

Bench press 185 x 5
                    195 x 3
                    175 x 7,6, 5,5,5
                    170 x 7
V Grip pull-ups x 6, 4, 3,3,3

Only a couple light sets of leg extensions.  I need to work my legs though.

I felt it in my elbow at the top of the pull-up.

Looking forward to saturday afternoon's bench pressing.
