Good workout today

Incline Bench Presses 135 x 5,5,4, 125 x 6, 6,5, 115 x 7
Barbell presses 95 x 4, 75 x 6, 5, 5
V grip Pull-ups x 3,2,2,
Row Machine 130 x 12, 140 x 10, 10,
Dumbell Preacher curls 25 x 10, 7, 6
Leg curls
Leg Extensions

My legs were weak/tired when I tried to do leg extensnions. And my lges need work. They are skinny and i can work my upper body much more intensely.  Too bad the leg press machine si gone.

Felt/feel it more in my left tricep. Uh oh.

Was weak doing V grip pull-ups. Could not do 1 overhand grip.

I felt good overall.
Felt strong on the incline presses. Did better than wed.

WOrkout again sunday or monday.
