I joined the YMCA in December and Started Workingout with weights

So I joined to get my strength and some size back. Even with my spine and elbow like they were.

I made my first weeks workouts in december. Then missed a week. Then made all of last weeks.
And the 2 days this week.

I have felt good this week.

The first workouts I used the fly machine and it was not intense enough at all.

I usesd dumbells, too, and they were not intense for my arms or shoulders.

And the crunch seat is not intense enough either. You just pull the weight with your hands.

I am getting stronger and hope I can continue working out this year and get muscular and strong.
